What a day it has been. A comic geeks dream week, until Comic Con. Monday marked the debut of the final X-Men: Apocalypse trailer. Complete with a surprise at the end of the trailer, of a returning mutant from the original series.
Also, few hours after the trailer dropped, we got a bit of surprising news. Nathan Fillion, best known as Castle, and Mal Reynolds of Firefly, was seen via instagram on the set of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Well, his picture was seen on movie posters. Movie posters? Yes movie posters for a theater showing the Simon Williams film library.
Who is Simon Williams? For those comic fans that know, Simon Williams is better known as Wonder Man. Yes the man of wonder, Wonder Man, was a former villain who turned from a life of crime and joined the Avengers. He was also responsible for founding the West Coast Avengers. His powers consist of Superhuman strength, speed and durability. So basically a superpowered human. He then retired to be come an actor.
That is where we see these pictures coming from earth. Not only is GotG Vol. 2 happening Fillion might have a cameo, and scenes will take place on earth. Will we see Wonder Man? I don't know, we will find out when Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Hit Theaters in May 5, 2017.
